- Why volunteer?

When you volunteer you help our organization make more money for our kids.  You also earn points for every hour that can be converted into cash to pay your child's band fees.

 

- Where do I volunteer?

Some volunteer opportunities that they have are to work the football concession stand, the volleyball concession stand, the basketball concession stand, or parking at varsity football games.

 

- How do I volunteer?

We will post opportunities on Sign Up Genius and you can get signed up there! Current opportunities can be found at the top of the page

 

- How do points work?

For every hour you volunteer, you earn one point. (Parking earns double points)

 

At the end of the school year, the points are then converted into dollars. The dollar amount is determined by the amount of money we have earned throughout the school year for profit.

 

To give you an idea, in years past, each point has been worth anywhere from 5 to 7 dollars.

 

Booster club members can use the money that they earned to pay for things like band camp, band banquet, marching shoes, biannual trips, etc.
